I offer 1st & 2nd class Signed for & Tracked domestic shipping via Royal Mail, these prices vary depending on weight & size; also on shipping times & security/insurance of said parcel. Please see all prices & options by adding items to your cart & entering your shipping address.

If you have not received a shipping notification within 5 days of ordering, please contact me via email at : email@example.com and I will let you know if it has been shipped/is due to be shipped or the location of the parcel if it has been shipped.
Parcels will typically reach the recipient within 1-5 working days after it has been dropped off at the Post Office depending on the shipping selected.
Delivery to remote areas of the UK such as the Highlands and Islands of Scotland, the Isle of Man or the Isle of Wight may take up to 7 working days usually.

I am currently not shipping to EU countries due to Brexit.This is due to customs tax being charged on the recipients end & it works out very costly at the moment & can seen very unexpected once your order has arrived. As a small business I cannot pay these fees beforehand & I cannot afford them if an order is returned due to a customer not wanting to pay these fees.
International orders are posted via UK Royal Mail tracked & signed for to ensure the best transit for whatever you order. The price for this does vary depending upon what items you order (If it is Artwork- extra care is taken with this in terms of the packaging- a box/postal tube) as opposed to a Hoodie which is mailed in a bag. Also another factor are dependant upon which country you are delivering to as some are more costly than others. Please see all delivery prices by adding items to your cart & entering your shipping address.
All orders to Europe aim to deliver in 3-5 working days from the date of dispatch
All other locations aim to deliver within 7 days.
If you need to return anything, below you will find the guidelines to make returning items as easy as possible.
- You have 14 days from the day you receive your order for UK customers, & 28 days for International customers, to send something back to me.
- No packaging? No worries! Just send your items back to me in a waterproof, non see-through sealable bag.
- I do not offer an exchange facility. Simply return your item(s) and re-order through the website for the correct size.
How do I return?
Please fill out the below form to request a return. Please wait for a response from myself with the return shipping address, once you have this please see the below information on how to bag up your item and send back to myself.
PLEASE NOTE THAT SHIPPING IS NOT REFUNDED BUT YOU WILL BE REFUNDED FOR THE ITEMS RETURNED.
STEPS TO RETURN EFFICIENTLY:
Bag your item
Ensure it is as secure as possible (preferably in the same condition that it arrived to you in). Please attach a small piece of paper (or write on the back of your return info note) your name, order no & reason for returning.
Before you bag up your item/s, please make sure that there are no rips, holes or makeup stains in the item. All swing tags must be intact for me to accept the return, if these are not- I will send the item back to you & not issue the refund.
Return with your choice of mail service. Make sure to send it via tracked post as I can track this my end if you send me the tracking no. (firstname.lastname@example.org)
For extra piece of mind, purchase insurance too as this covers you if the parcel goes missing.
Once I have received your parcel, please allow 2-3 days for processing. Once the refund has been processed, you will receive a notification email. Please allow 5-10 days for your refund depending upon the payment service originally used when purchasing.
